Are there any Children’s groups on a Sunday at The Well?  

YES! Most Sundays we have groups for children which are age specific. Children pre-school and under, and groups for school aged children from reception to Y6.  

Can my child attend the Sunday group for Children?

YES! Absolutely. All children who would like to attend a group must be registered before the service starts. The health and safety of children attending groups is very important. Registration also gives opportunity to meet you and also at this point that any medical, dietary or additional needs can be shared.

How do I register my child?

Children groups registration opens at 9.30am on a Sunday and closes at 10.15am. The check in stations and printers where name badges are printed are based in the café area.

*Visitors – Welcome! 👋 You can or pre-register on Church Center or you can register on the day – so do come early to register your details.

Church Center Children can be checked in before arrival using  Church Center app and then name badges printed on arrival, by using the QR code. Team will be available from 9.30 to help if required.

Name badges printed and must be worn by all children (for younger children name badges can be stuck on their back). As well as a name badge an extra security slip is printed, this is to be kept safe by the parent/career as this will be required by to collect the child.

When does my child go to group?

The Well 10am Gathering starts with everyone in together for welcome and sung worship. Part way through the service the children go to the age specific children’s ministry groups. Children aged pre-school and under will need accompanying to the Lower Hall (directions given from the front at this point in the gathering). Toilets are also located near the Lower Hall so please toilet your child before the group starts if required. Parents/carers are able to stay in the group with the younger children if required.

Where are the groups?

Children school aged Reception – Y6 go to the Upper Hall which is located up the stairs near the main entrance.

What happens in the Kid’s groups? 

The kids’s groups are age specific and is a time of having fun together, building friendship with each other and God. Children are engaged in activities which allow them to discover more about God through Bible stories, activities, games, crafts and snacks. 

What happens at the end of the gathering? - Collecting Kids

At the end of the service, parents/carers must collect their kid(s) from the lower hall or upper hall. The security slip must be presented to sign your child out from the group.
