Do you have a heart for young people to know Jesus? Are you a passionate and committed disciple? Could you create spaces of fun and faith for young people to make friends, encounter God and grow in faith? If yes, then we’d love you to apply to be our Youth Ministry Leader.
We are seeking a dynamic, Spirit-filled disciple of Jesus to lead The Well’s youth ministry into further growth and depth. The Well’s youth ministry spans 11-18 year olds, and is at an exciting point as we find ourselves connecting with more young people than ever before.
Internships
Want to develop your calling, gifts and skills in a vibrant growing church, and be invested in at the same time? We offer a range of voluntary internships running alongside our DEEPER Discipleship School. Internship areas have included worship, kids, youth, students, media, and church-planting, but we welcome a conversation about any area of church life and ministry that you have a passion to serve and grow in.
