We want there to be no barriers that would prevent you from attending. As such the Leadership Team & Trustees have decided to ensure the weekend is fully funded. This includes all activities, all meals and accommodation.

  • The average cost of attendance per person is around £105. If you feel like the Father is calling you to donate towards the cost of the Weekend Away your support would be welcomed to support the investment The Well is making.

  • We’re fortunate to have the entire Kingswood campus and it’s accommodation to ourselves. We will have sanitising stations available throughout the site but please be aware that the dining area is communal and there will inevitably be times when you are in close proximity to others from The Well at Gatherings and when taking part in some activities. Of course, you’re welcome to wear a face covering if you wish.

  • Traveling by train is a viable option for this Weekend Away - please see the Directions section over at Church Center.

  • As we have secured the entire campus for our weekend away the intention will be for families to have their own space and individuals to have as much flexibility as possible however, inevitably, some room sharing may be required. If you’d like to room share with friends do let us know.

  • A wide range! Head to wellsheffield.churchcenter.com/pages/weekend-away to view the itinerary

3 meals on Saturday, then breakfast and lunch on Sunday.

Parents with young children may be able to use microwaves and kitchenettes on their accommodation corridors.

  • You’re welcome on site at Kingswood from 9am on Saturday & Sunday.
